- 8 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. flour (not sifted)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Cream margarine, cheese, flour, salt and red pepper until thoroughly blended; stir in Rice Krispies.

2Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

3Use about 1/2 teaspoon of batter per cookie.
