  • 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) margarine
  • 8 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. flour (not sifted)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

Directions

    Cream margarine, cheese, flour, salt and red pepper until thoroughly blended; stir in Rice Krispies.

    Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

    Use about 1/2 teaspoon of batter per cookie.
