- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
- 3 carrots, diced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Bring to boil the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, potatoes and onion in 1 quart of water.

2Stir occasionally.

3Add bouillon cubes.

4Cook 10 to 15 minutes.

5Add soup and cheese.

6Simmer until cheese is melted.
