  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix (such as Jiffy)
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cooking spray
  • 14 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Combine banana, milk, mix, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips (if desired) in a medium bowl.
