  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. frozen California mix (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

    Boil water, bouillon cubes, potatoes, celery and onion for 20 minutes.

    Add California mix and boil 10 minutes.

    Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cheese.

    Stir until well mixed and cheese is melted.
