Ingredients

  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 c. onion, diced
  • 1 qt. water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. carrots (optional)
  • 2 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil.

    Reduce heat; cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

    Add the carrots, potatoes and broccoli.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, covered.

    Add the cream of chicken soup, water and Velveeta cheese.

    Heat just until cheese melts.
