  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 5 strips bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. potatoes (raw)
  • 1 small pkg. broccoli
  • 1 (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Mix bouillon cubes, water, celery, potatoes and onions.

    Cover and cook 30 minutes.

    Add carrots and broccoli.
  4. 4
    Cook until tender.

    Add cream of chicken soup and 1 cup water.

    Slowly add Velveeta cheese until melted.

    Sprinkle in bacon crumbs.
