  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 8 oz. mild or medium Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Bruce's cayenne pepper

    Cut into strips, then cut again.
