- 6 baking potatoes
- corn oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brush potatoes lightly with corn oil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400° until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.

2Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, carefully scoop out potato from skins.

3Mash potatoes with butter, onion, sauce and salt.

4Spoon potato mixture into potato shells, top with cheese.

5Put back in oven to melt cheese.

6Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
