- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 c. sifted flour
- dash of red pepper
- dash of garlic salt
- dash of onion salt
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Allow butter and cheese to soften at room temperature.

2Mix all ingredients to form a stiff dough.

3Form small ball or use cookie press. Flatten to make wafer shape. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.
