Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter or oleo
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • dash of red pepper
  • dash of garlic salt
  • dash of onion salt
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Allow butter and cheese to soften at room temperature.

    Mix all ingredients to form a stiff dough.

    Form small ball or use cookie press. Flatten to make wafer shape. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.
