Cheeseburg Chowder

Name: Cheeseburg Chowder
Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb ground hamburg & pork, 1 onion, chopped; 2 carrots, chopped; 1 clelery stalk, chopped,; 1 large clove of garlic, chopped; mushrooms (optional); 3 average potatoes, peeled and diced,; 2 13 oz cans of beef broth; 1 13 oz can of chicken broth; 1 can cheddar chesse soup; 1/2 pint of 1/2 & 1/2 or cream,; 1 pkg of cheddar cheese,; Spices (basil, parsley, thyme, bay leaf),; 2 tablespoons butter & flour; Instant potatoes (for thickening, optional)

1/2 pint of 1/2 & 1/2 or cream,
1 pkg of cheddar cheese,
Spices (basil, parsley, thyme, bay leaf),
2 tablespoons butter & flour
Instant potatoes (for thickening, optional)

Directions

Saute onion, celery and carrots in butter until soft. Add mushrooms & beef; add garlic. Add flour and cook for a minute or two. Add ckn & beef broth, and spices. While heating, peel and dice potatoes. Add to soup, cook until tender. Add cheddar cheese soup and cheese; add cream. Once heated and chesse is melted, add instant potatoes to thicken if it is not thick enouth for you. This should be creamy.
