- 1 box Keebler chocolate mint cookies
- 1 box Nabisco Nilla wafers
- 2 c. yellow frosting
- 2 c. red frosting
- 1/2 c. coconut mixed with green food coloring
- sesame seed
- 1/4 c. sugar water
Directions

1Spread yellow frosting on one wafer and red frosting on another wafer.

2Put chocolate mint cookie in the middle and press together so frosting squishes out side a little.

3Roll in green coconut lightly.

4Rub a little sugar water on top and sprinkle with 5 or 6 sesame seeds.

5Serve with shoestring potatoes.
