  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix altogether and spread in an 8 or 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350°.

    Take out of oven.

    Mix together 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce with 4 ounces of grated white American cheese.

    Spread on top of pie and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
