  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onions and seasonings.

    Drain.

    Spread in a greased baking dish.

    Blend milk, eggs and baking mix together and pour over beef.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Bake 5 to 8 minutes more until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool 5 minutes on wire rack.
