- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese, at room temperature
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and Ricotta cheese until blended.

2Beat eggs until lemon colored.

3Add sugar and lemon juice to eggs. Gradually add egg mixture to cheese mixture.

4Combine flour and cornstarch and stir into cheese mixture.

5Add butter and vanilla. Mix well.

6Add sour cream last.

7Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

8Bake in preheated 325° oven for 15 minutes, then at 375° for 40 minutes.

9Turn oven off.

10Leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour without opening door.

11Cool on rack.

12Chill.
