- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 lb. cream cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2In bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar; blend well.

3Press onto bottom of spring-form pan.

4Chill in freezer while preparing filling.

5In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth and light.

6Beat in eggs, vanilla and cornstarch, just until blended. Stir in sour cream.

7Pour into crust.

8Bake for 10 minutes.

9Reduce temperature to 200°, bake 45 minutes.

10Turn off oven.

11Cool for 3 hours or overnight.

12Top with favorite topping.
