  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon, rind of
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 14 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 14 cup graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed

    In a bowl, beat the butter and the cream cheese.

    Add the sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, and vanilla.

    Beat in the flour.

    Divide dough into two portions, then cover and chill for 30 minutes.

    Shape each portion of dough into 8-inch long rolls.

    Combine chopped nuts and graham cracker crumbs on a large piece of waxed paper.
