- 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling

1Beat eggs until thick.

2Add sugar and vanilla and beat again. Add softened cream cheese and beat well.

3Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each of 12 cupcake papers.

4Fill cups 2/3 full.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Let stand 15 minutes before topping with pie filling.
