- 2 lb. fresh or frozen carrots, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- cornflake crumbs
Directions

1Boil carrots until tender; drain.

2Place carrots in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.

3In saucepan, melt cheese and margarine, stirring constantly.

4Pour over drained carrots.

5Top with cornflake crumbs and dot with butter.

6Bake at 350° until brown and bubbly or about 30 minutes.
