  • 2 lb. fresh or frozen carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • cornflake crumbs

Directions

    Boil carrots until tender; drain.

    Place carrots in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.

    In saucepan, melt cheese and margarine, stirring constantly.

    Pour over drained carrots.

    Top with cornflake crumbs and dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° until brown and bubbly or about 30 minutes.
