- 2 lbs carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- buttered bread crumb
- parsley (optional)
Directions

1Peel, slice and cook carrots in boiling water until tender.
