  • 3 onions, sauteed
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can corn (creamed)
  • 1/2 c. cheese, grated

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°. Saute onions in butter. Prepare mix per directions but use the corn for milk. Pour onions on top of mix. Sprinkle cheese on top the last 5 minutes. Bake 30 minutes in 9 x 9 pan.
