- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
Directions

1In medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.

2Add very warm water to flour mixture.

3Mix until almost smooth.

4Knead on floured surface 2 to 3 minutes.

5Cover dough and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

6Divide dough into 2 parts with well floured or greased fingers; press each half into greased 12-inch pizza pan, forming a rim around edge.

7Spread half of sauce over dough.

8Put on toppings.

9Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until edge is crisp and brown and cheeses are melted.
