- 1 c instant grits
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 qrt milk
- 4-6 oz. gruyere cheese
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
Directions

1Stir 1 c. grits into 1 qt scalded milk with 1 tsp salt and 1 stick margarine. Cook until thick (10-12 mins).

2Pour into 13x8x2 in pan. Chill overnight. Cut into squares and loosen . Sprinkle over top, 3 triangles gruyere cheese (approx. 4-6 oz.) and 1/4 c parmesan cheese. Pour melted butter over top - about one stick. Bake @ 375 degrees for 40 min. Serves 8.
