Cheesy Ham and Potatoes

  • 5 pounds Potatoes
  • 2 pounds Ham Cubes
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Peel and cube the potatoes.

    Boil in salt water until soft.

    Melt cubed Velveeta with milk in the microwave.

    Drain the potatoes.

    Mix with ham and melted cheese in a 13x9 casserole dish or crock pot.

    Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

    Cook the casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until desired brownness is achieved, or cook in the crock pot on low for 6-7 hours.
