Cheesy Ham and Potatoes

- 5 pounds Potatoes
- 2 pounds Ham Cubes
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions

1Peel and cube the potatoes.

2Boil in salt water until soft.

3Melt cubed Velveeta with milk in the microwave.

4Drain the potatoes.

5Mix with ham and melted cheese in a 13x9 casserole dish or crock pot.

6Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

7Cook the casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until desired brownness is achieved, or cook in the crock pot on low for 6-7 hours.

8Serves 8-10 people.
