  • 8 manicotti shells
  • 16 conchiglioni shells
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and fill noodle shells with about 2 tablespoons.

    Cover with 2 cups of spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
