  • 2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida hash browns or the equivalent
  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions

Directions

    Thaw potatoes enough to break apart into bite size chunks, but not until mushy.

    Mix together sour cream, soup, cheese, margarine and onions, then add potatoes.

    Mix and put into a 13 x 9-inch casserole and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
