- 2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida hash browns or the equivalent
- 1 lb. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
Directions

1Thaw potatoes enough to break apart into bite size chunks, but not until mushy.

2Mix together sour cream, soup, cheese, margarine and onions, then add potatoes.

3Mix and put into a 13 x 9-inch casserole and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
