- 6 large boiled potatoes, cooled
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Skin and cut up potatoes.

2Heat margarine and soup.

3Blend sour cream into soup mixture, then add green onions and cheese. Heat and stir into the potatoes.

4Place potatoes in a 2 1/2-quart dish.

5Sprinkle with extra cheese and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
