  • 1 cup, 6 tablespoons, 2-7/8 teaspoons, 1-3/4 pinches Warm Water
  • 1 pound, 1-2/3 ounces, weight Bread Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dry Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Cooked Chopped Spinach Or Diced Sun-dried Tomato Or Bacon Bits Or Other Yummy Bits

    Use your bread machine on the dough setting to make up the bread dough with the first 6 ingredients.

    Set oven to 200 degrees C. Grease a loaf pan.

    Remove dough from your bread machine after the first rise. Cut dough into 3 pieces and make a 3-cm thick sausage-shaped roll from each piece.

    Sprinkle cheese, spinach or other tasty bits on your work surface.

    Roll dough sausages in cheese and spinach (or other goodies) and then pile the dough randomly into the greased loaf pan.

    Allow to rise for 30 minutes, then cook for 30 minutes.

    Best eaten still warm from the oven ... with the fingers!
