  • 6 slices bacon, browned and chopped small
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2/3 can water
  • 1/2 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti

Directions

    Brown bacon, chopped small, with chopped onion.

    Drain.

    Add tomato sauce, water, Cheddar cheese and sugar.

    Stir until cheese is melted.

    Cook spaghetti; drain. Add 2/3 of sauce.

    Pour in casserole dish.

    Spoon remainder of sauce over top.

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese (grated).

    Bake at 350° until cheese melts and casserole is hot through.
