- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups 4% cottage cheese
- 1-1/2 cups cubed Velveeta
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low; cook 4-5 hours longer or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
