- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
- pepper and salt to taste

Directions

1Boil chicken, reserving broth.

2Melt butter in a skillet.

3Add flour and make a paste.

4Slowly add cream and enough broth for thin gravy consistency.

5Pepper and salt to taste and simmer.

6Cut up chicken and add veggies to a 13 x 9-inch casserole.

7Pour gravy over chicken and veggies.

8Cover with dough.

9Bake uncovered at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
