  • 1 large bag California Blend frozen vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 lb. processed cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. onion/garlic flavor croutons

Directions

    Cook vegetables 2 minutes and drain well.

    Blend soup and cheese and heat on low until melted.

    Add vegetables and half of croutons.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cover with the other 1/2 of the croutons the last 10 minutes of baking.

    Serves 6 to 8.
