- 1 large bag California Blend frozen vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 lb. processed cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. onion/garlic flavor croutons
Directions

1Cook vegetables 2 minutes and drain well.

2Blend soup and cheese and heat on low until melted.

3Add vegetables and half of croutons.

4Pour into casserole dish.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cover with the other 1/2 of the croutons the last 10 minutes of baking.

6Serves 6 to 8.
