- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Cut cheese into small pieces and melt in double boiler.

2Add evaporated milk, salt and mustard.

3Remove from heat and stir in eggs.

4Return to double boiler and cook until eggs thicken, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat.

6Pour into a dish and cool slowly.

7Stir as it cools to prevent a crust from forming.

8Put in jars, cover and store in refrigerator.
