Ingredients: 1 c. oleo; 2 Tbsp. shortening; 2 eggs, beaten; 1 c. sugar; 1/3 c. milk; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1/2 tsp. salt; 4 c. flour; 2 cans Thank You cherry pie filling

1 c. oleo
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
2 cans Thank You cherry pie filling

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except pie filling to form dough; take 1/2 dough and roll on wax paper, then transfer to cookie sheet.

Dough should be big enough to cover whole cookie sheet with dough to hang over sides such as you would with a pie. Spread cherry pie filling over dough.

Take remaining dough and place on top; pinch together top and bottom dough.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
