- 28 black cherries
- 2 soupspoons sugar
- juice of 4 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 1 jigger cherry liqueur
- 2 jiggers brandy
Directions

1Heat skillet until really hot, add sugar with 1/2 lemon and orange peel, stirring until sugar is caramelized.

2Then add the juice of the oranges.

3Let the sugar amalgamate with the juices very gradually.

4Add the cherries to the sauce and let them cook for a few minutes.

5Pour the cherry liqueur over it, then flame with brandy.

6Serve with ice cream, whipped cream and decorate with a burning sugar cube previously soaked in rum.
