Cherry Coffee Cake

   Beat eggs, add sugar, beat until fluffy.

   Add oil; mix dry ingredients and add.

   Pour most of batter into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.

   Spoon pie filling over batter.

   Pour remaining batter over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

   When cool, drizzle with confectioners sugar frosting.
