  • 250gm Cherries
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1-2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Brandy
  • 2 Tsp cornstarch mixed with cold water

Directions

    In a hot stock pot add cinnamon, water, brandy & sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Thicken with cornstarch.

    Add cherries and cook for 5 minutes more.
