- 3 sticks Imperial margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. Wondra flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. walnut halves
- 2 (10 oz.) jars drained maraschino cherries
Directions

1Grease tube pan and dust with flour.

2Combine margarine and sugar.

3Add eggs, one at a time.

4Add flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.

5Fold in walnuts and halved maraschino cherries.

6Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

7Remove from pan after 10 minutes.

8Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
