- 3 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg white
- uncooked pastry shell for 9-inch pie
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream sugar and butter as for making cake.

3Add egg yolks and white and beat well.

4Add water and vanilla and beat again.

5Pour into a pie plate lined with pastry and bake until filling sets, about 35 minutes.
