  • 3 cups Corn Chex, crushed
  • 23 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 23 cup oleo
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (20 ounce) can peach pie filling

Directions

    Mix the crushed Corn Chex, brown sugar, coconut and oleo together well.

    Press half of the mixture into a 9x13 pan.

    Blend the cream cheese, Cool Whip, pwodered sugar, and can of peach pie filling together.

    Pour over crumb mixture .

    Top with remaining half of the Chex Mix mixture.
