  • 12 1/2 lbs ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cups chopped celery
  • 3 cups chopped onions
  • 5 red and green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup horse radish, finely chopped
