  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. chicken broth (approximately 10 oz. can)
  • 2 c. diced chicken

    In frying pan, melt butter or fat.

    Blend in flour.

    Add milk, broth and pepper.

    Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
