  • fryer, cut up and skinned or 4 boned and skinned breasts
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Arrange chicken in skillet on top of stove.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

    Cover and let bubble gently until chicken is tender (about 40 minutes).
