- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/2 c. carrots, chopped
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 10 oz. broccoli, chopped
- 3/4 c. raw bulgur
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Saute vegetables in oil until onions are soft.

2Stir in bulgur, coat well with oil.

3When sizzling add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

4Stir well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

5Add chicken and water if needed.

6Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is hot.
