Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1/2 c. carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 10 oz. broccoli, chopped
  • 3/4 c. raw bulgur
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Saute vegetables in oil until onions are soft.

    Stir in bulgur, coat well with oil.

    When sizzling add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

    Stir well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add chicken and water if needed.

    Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is hot.
