- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. rice
- 1 chicken, cut up or use skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can water
- paprika
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Spread rice evenly in pan.

3Place chicken pieces on rice and sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and parsley. Spread chicken soup and water on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

4Wrap foil over top of pan and seal tightly.

5Bake at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

6Do not look at chicken while baking.
