- 4 chicken breasts (no skin)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 3 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Melt butter in large baking dish.

2Flour chicken and add to dish.

3Bake chicken, rib side up, for 45 minutes.

4Remove chicken from dish.

5Add rice, onion and bell pepper to dish.

6Then put chicken back on top of rice.

7Mix chicken broth and soup together in saucepan over heat.

8Pour over chicken and rice and bake until liquid is gone, 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350° oven.
