- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. rice, washed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Directions

1Mix 3 soups together.

2Pour half into bottom of casserole dish.

3Place wet rice (uncooked) over this and cover with remainder of soup.

4Place cut up chicken over this mixture and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.

5Over this, pour a little less than 1/2 cup melted margarine.

6Bake for 2 hours at 325°. Can be made ahead and refrigerated until baking time.
