  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 to 2 cans chicken or 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 1/3 c. dry Minute rice
  • 1 can French fried onions (optional)
  • 8 to 12 waffles

Directions

    Combine soups, water and chicken.

    Add Minute rice and stir to mix.

    Bring quickly to boil.

    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes.

    Top with onions.

    Serve on waffles.
