  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. quick cooking rice (uncooked)

Directions

    In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender.

    Stir to separate meat; pour off fat.

    Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.

    Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until rice is done.
