- 12 cup butter
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 lb bacon
Directions

1Fillet cutlets to thin.

2Cook chicken in oven for 5 to 7 min until mostly done.

3In the meantime heat butter heavy cream and some bacon dripping on stove top.

4Cook Bacon until crispy.

5Pour sauce over chicken, heat in oven until the chicken is cooked.

6Top with crumbled bacon.
