  • 3 lbs chicken cutlets
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 lb bacon

Directions

    Fillet cutlets to thin.

    Cook chicken in oven for 5 to 7 min until mostly done.

    In the meantime heat butter heavy cream and some bacon dripping on stove top.

    Cook Bacon until crispy.

    Pour sauce over chicken, heat in oven until the chicken is cooked.

    Top with crumbled bacon.
