- 8 oz. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 c. crushed seasoned croutons
- pepper to taste
- garlic to taste (extra)
- 2 pkg. (6) skinless and boneless chicken thighs or 4 to 6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
Directions

1Mix plain yogurt (small cup) with garlic powder to taste.

2Cut several chicken breasts into cubes.

3Dip in yogurt mix and in wheat germ or oat bran that has poultry seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt. Bake on a cookie sheet at 425° for 25 minutes.

4Dip in honey mustard or barbecue sauce or yogurt with curry powder and sugar-onion powder.
